Yes, you just cant go about eating any kind of food and expect to get the right physical look. Thats just delusion. You should instead know the type of food that is good for you and work on eating only those. If you feel shy about going out to the gym or a work out centre to lose weight, you can purchase video exercise tapes and imitate the exercises right in the middle of your living room. Thankfully there are a gazillion of such exercise videos all over the place. Just get one that is right for you and start getting involved.
